Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mangles.ai (the “Service”), operated by Mangles AI, Inc. (“Mangles”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Mangles.ai is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that enables organizations to:

• Create and configure AI agents with custom roles, system instructions, and model preferences;
• Generate marketing angles, ad copy, image concepts, and campaign strategies from product descriptions;
• Organize work in task boards, knowledge bases, and structured datasets accessible to agents;
• Automate agent executions via webhooks, recurring schedules, and one-time timed triggers;
• Connect to third-party platforms via OAuth integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools;
• Collaborate within a multi-tenant organization model with role-based access control.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service as a whole at any time.

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. Access is authenticated via a one-time verification code (magic link) sent to that address — no password is stored.

Within the Service, work is organized into Organizations. You may create or be invited to join one or more Organizations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and within any Organization you administer. You must notify us immediately at hello@mangles.ai of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to create accounts by automated means, share account credentials, or misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation.

You retain all ownership rights in the content you create, configure, or upload through the Service, including but not limited to: agent names, system prompts, skill instructions, knowledge base entries, dataset contents, task descriptions, and uploaded files (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Mangles a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process, store, and transmit that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service. We do not use your User Content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

The Service routes AI inference requests to third-party large language model (LLM) providers including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), xAI (Grok), Google (Gemini), Meta (Llama via OpenRouter), and others (“AI Providers”). Your use of AI features is also governed by the applicable AI Provider's terms of use and acceptable use policies.

Managed Keys: When you select a Managed API key option, your AI requests are processed via Mangles' accounts with AI Providers and counted against your plan's usage credits.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You may alternatively provide your own API keys for supported AI Providers. These keys are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. You are solely responsible for the validity, security, and compliance of your own keys with the respective AI Provider's terms.

Mangles makes no representations regarding the outputs generated by AI models. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it for any commercial or public purpose.

The Service provides unique HTTP webhook endpoints and scheduling mechanisms that allow external systems to trigger agent executions. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the security of the webhook URLs and for restricting access to authorized parties only;
• Payloads sent to webhook endpoints are processed and stored by the Service;
• You are responsible for all data transmitted to the Service via webhooks, including compliance with any applicable laws regarding that data;
• Scheduled triggers are executed using cloud scheduling infrastructure (AWS EventBridge) and are subject to scheduling delays or failures beyond our control.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or phishing content;
• Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates third-party rights;
• Generate deceptive advertising that violates applicable consumer protection laws (including FTC regulations);
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service;
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent;
• Upload or process content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code;
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

The Service is offered under a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement with us.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Plan limits (including number of active agents, API call quotas, and storage) apply as described on our pricing page. Exceeding plan limits may result in throttling, suspension of AI features, or overage charges, as applicable to your plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@mangles.ai. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for cause, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that we determine in our sole discretion poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all content created by Mangles, is owned by Mangles AI, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANGLES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANGLES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

MANGLES' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MANGLES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mangles and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where the changes are material, notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mangles regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
